We will explore the Saigon I actually love: the busy streets, the alleys, tiny food stalls, and random little corners you'd probably never find on Google Maps. We'll try local street-food tastings depending on what's available that day.
Between bites, we'll duck into old apartment buildings, wander through the maze of local alleys, explore Saigon's Cambodian neighborhood and get lost in the colorful Hα» Thα» Kα»· Flower Market.
No fancy tourist restaurants or rushing from one attraction to another. Just good food, interesting stories, local neighborhoods and plenty of spontaneous moments along the way.

We move through real streets. Plastic stools low to the ground. Woks hissing. Vendors who have been in the same spot for twenty years. At each stop I'll tell you what you're eating before it arrives, who makes it, why it tastes the way it does. You eat, we talk, we keep walking. 7-8 tastings across three hours. You'll be full by the end.

Saigon rain is usually short. We duck somewhere and wait. I've never cancelled a tour because of rain. If something serious is coming, I'll message you ahead of time.
